Op Shop ‘Till You Drop is a comedy musical, featuring five-part harmonies, live accompaniment and amalgamation of musical genres such as jazz, opera, musical theatre and rock. Written and directed by Victoria Angelique Mertzanidis, in their second endeavour into Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Themes of sustainability, self acceptance/appreciation, gender expression, friendship, ‘adorkable’ romance and de-stigmatising steryotipical gender roles. A strong message of shopping recycled and the sustainability concerns of places like fast fashion stores and online warehouses. All wrapped up together with a comedic bow, in a show that everyone can enjoy, suitable for any age to watch and to love.
