Raul Kohli

A British Hindu's Guide to the Universe

  • United Kingdom

Nominee Best Show ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2024

Raul Kohli is an award-winning comedian from Newcastle, England who has gigged all over the world and is finally making his debut in Australia. Having been the star of his own BBC Sounds podcast ('Comic Sanskrit'), he is fluent in Hindu scripture, yoga and meditation. But having been raised British he also knows inner peace can be found in a few beers with the boys or a wild one night stand.

After suffering a breakdown in 2024, Raul is using his comedy and life to explore divinity, letting go of the past and how to find peace in an increasingly unstable world while also trying to remain sh*tfaced throughout.

'Funny, moving, powerful.' Mike Reiss (The Simpsons)
